All prices are stated in SEK (Swedish Krona) including VAT. Payment is made via the payment options offered at checkout (WooCommerce). By placing an order, you accept our terms of sale.
Delivery and shipping
Ordered goods are normally dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on the product and destination, but generally 2-4 days within Sweden and 4-6 days internationally. Shipping costs are specified at checkout. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
Returns and right of withdrawal
Fine Art Prints (made-to-order)
All Fine Art Prints are produced on-demand specifically for you at the time of purchase. According to the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (Distansavtalslagen), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to the consumer’s instructions or have a clear personal touch. By placing an order for a Fine Art Print, you acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
Original Paintings
For original paintings, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the artwork, in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act. If you wish to exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days.
Condition: The painting and any included Certificate of Authenticity must be returned in their original, unaltered condition and in their original packaging.
Return shipping: The buyer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping, including professional packing and full insurance coverage. We recommend contacting us before a return to ensure the artwork is handled and insured correctly during transit.
Murals and commissions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to murals or commissioned artworks. These are bespoke services and custom products created specifically for a client’s unique environment or request. Once the creative process or installation has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Damaged Goods
The above policies do not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or damaged goods. If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our FAQ for instructions on how to file a claim within 48 hours of delivery.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute that we cannot resolve together, we recommend that you contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden – ARN) at www.arn.se. You can also use the European Commission’s online platform for dispute resolution: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
