Created in 2017 as part of a group exhibition Pippi + Pleiadian Art Exhibition in Stockholm.
The piece moves between expressive spray work and detailed, meditative mark-making, broad atmospheric washes of color giving way to precise illustrative linework. Two modes I keep returning to in my practice. The work explores inner illumination: a moment of clarity where new dimensions come into focus, something shifting just beneath the surface.
This mural was created in 2017 as part of our group exhibition Pippi + Pleiadian Art Exhibition in Stockholm. Painted in layers of spray paint and acrylic directly onto the studio wall, a woman’s face emerges from a deep black ground; her skin dissolving into a luminous field of acid yellow, green and soft pink. Intricate mandala patterns bloom across her face and into the surrounding space, as if the inner world is becoming visible on the surface. Beside her, an ornate lotus motif floats with quiet ceremony, painted with the same meticulous hand.
